"Import Failed" after importing CSV or app crashes after import?

If your import fails it can mean a number of things.
For best results when importing we highly recommend you create a new deck in the app, enter in 1 card and then export that deck as a CSV.
Then add your data to that CSV file with your desired data and re-import it.
Please check that the import also does not contain data with symbols like: / or quotations like " ' as these are not compatible with CSV file export/import.
